7 healthy amazing sleep tips

Do you still remember when you’re a child ,you can fall sleep quickly .As we grow up,we find it’s tough to sleep .Lack of sleep will result in series problems ,such as an increasing risk of heart disease.We will feel wearied,have black mood ,low work efficiency and so on.That’s will be a a vicious circle.A Sleep investigation suggests that 7-9 hours a night is adult average healthy sleep time.So we should have a good sleep habit.If you want to have a wonderful sleep,just see the following advice.
Knowing what’s your most preferable sleeping posture. When sleeping, the limbs are easy to get tired. To stretch the muscles of the limbs freely, which is the most natural postures to relax your arms and legs.
Sleep in a comfortable environment. Wear comfortable night-suit.Maintain your room air fresh and darkness. Also your bed and pillows are almost as you like, and the temperature of the room maintain at 21 degrees or so.

Before sleep skip the TV and computer. If you regularly watch TV in bed to fall asleep, trying without it for a few days, and instead participate in a relaxing manners mentioned above. You will have a great progress.The light that comes from the TV and computer has been proven to be stimulating.
You’d better not eat dinner satiety and indigestible food, such as those that cause abdominal bulge of food.Remenber don't drink tea after 2:00, also don't eat caffeinated drinks and food, such as chocolate and coffee.
Before sleep, you should avoid quarrel and do strenuous exercise. You should be calm and relaxed.If you think extremely weariness can make you sleep faster,that is wrong .However, it will obstruct sleep as well.
